Our Sessions

A little bit about me and my background

A passionate spiritual teacher and Counsellor,  teacher of  Hatha and yin yoga, facilitator of breathwork, sound bath healings, energy healer and lover of life.

I have navigated the challenging path of healing and transformation and emerged as a successful entrepreneur, now freely enjoying all life has to offer with my soulmate by my side.

In my practice, I combine science and spirituality to offer a holistic approach to healing from narcissistic abuse, targeting the body, mind and spirit.

Yin Yoga

Yin Yoga -Is a quiet contemplative practice that works deeply into our body with passive longer-held poses. It targets the deepest tissues of the body, our connective tissues - ligaments, joints, bones, the deep fascia networks of the body and the meridians. Energetically,

Yin yoga improves the energy flow, enhancing the flow of chi in the organs and offers wonderful emotional and mental health benefits adapted to suit each individual body.

Sound Healing

Sound bowl healing is often practiced in the form of sound baths and in individual healing sessions.

The special healing energies in these crystal bowls are released when the bowls are played inducing a feeling of deep relaxation and healing.

Slow Vinyasa

A meditative practice designed for busy minds and stiff joints.

This practice allows several rounds of breath in each posture offering an ideal reset for the nervous system and a pace beneficial for everyone, especially beginners.

Yoga

Steady-paced movement following the breath, this practice provides balance between effort and ease, improving strength, flexibility, state of mind and overall well-being.

There are many different styles of yoga, each with their own unique focus and approach to creating a unitive state.

Breathwork

Involves consciously and mindfully changing your breathing patterns to improve relaxation.

The basic idea of breathwork is to release toxins and stress when you breathe out and nourish your mind and body when you breathe in.
